
ALMOND CHOCO PUFF PASTRY ROLL

Ingredients
- 1 vegan puff pastry
- 150 g dark chocolate drops
- 1 handful chopped almonds
- 1 splash agave syrup
- 1 splash plantbased milk
Instructions
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread the chocolate drops lengthwise in the center, leaving out the sides.
- Cut strips around the sides with a knife.
- Fold strips gradually into center over chocolate until a roll forms.
- Mix agave syrup with milk and brush over the roll.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy warm.
