CREAMY ARTICHOKE SPINACH SANDWICH
This recipe is here to make your dinner even better! The filling is so tasty and easy to make and in between delicious roasted bread it will be a highlight on your plate.
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 250 g vegan cream cheese
- 180 g pickled artichokes
- 50 g fresh baby spinach
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper to taste
- sesame seeds, plant-based milk and bread for the sandwich
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the filling with a blender until smooth.
- Take two slices of bread and spread the filling in between.
- Place milk and sesame seeds each in two plates.
- Put the sandwich in the milk from both sides and then put it in the sesame seeds to cover the sandwich fully.
- Fry the sandwich in a hot pan from both sides until slightly brown and enjoy.
