
PUDDING CHERRY CREAM CAKE
We love cakes! And we love quick and delicious recipes! With this recipe you conjure up a delicious cream cake as easy as pie! With this cake we ring in the spring.
Ingredients
- 2 vegan fresh puff pastry doughs
- 2 packages vanilla pudding powder
- 800 ml plant based milk for the pudding
- 100 ml vegan cream
- 1 pack cream stiffener
- 180 g sour cherries
- cacao powder for garnish
Instructions
- Cut out two large round shapes from the two puff pastries (it is best to use a large plate for this).
- Cut one of the puff pastries into small triangles.
- Bake the doughs in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions and boil it with 800ml of milk.
- Let cool completely, placing a layer of cling film on top of the pudding.
- Whip cream with cream stiffener and fold into cooled pudding.
- Add the sour cherries.
- Spread the pudding mixture on the round puff pastry base with the help of a cake ring.
- Place the small triangles on top of the pudding in a round shape.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Carefully remove the cake ring and sprinkle with cacao. Enjoy!
