
APRICOTS CREAM TARTLET
Only 4 ingredients! The perfect summer dessert and so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pastry dough
- apricot jam
- 200 ml vegan whipped cream
- icing sugar
Instructions
- Turn the puff pastry over, cut out round shapes with a glass and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake the round shapes at 190 degrees convection for 20 minutes and let cool briefly.
- Cut open, top with jam, whipped cream and apricots, fold and sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy!
