APRICOTS CREAM TARTLET

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh pastry dough
  • apricot jam
  • 200 ml vegan whipped cream
  • icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Turn the puff pastry over, cut out round shapes with a glass and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake the round shapes at 190 degrees convection for 20 minutes and let cool briefly.
  • Cut open, top with jam, whipped cream and apricots, fold and sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy!
