Our shared passion for a plant-based diet and sustainable lifestyle has led us to share our knowledge and experiences with people who are also interested in a healthy lifestyle. Through our own journey to plant-based nutrition, we have tried a lot and acquired a tremendous amount of practical knowledge that we would like to share with you.

In doing so, we always think and act openly and freely – it is not necessary that you also want to live 100% vegan. We are more interested in creating awareness for a healthy and active lifestyle. We often used to feel unmotivated, moody and just not good ourselves. We were both able to conquer that, in our own individual ways, and now live a full life.

We believe that everyone benefits from a plant-based diet, regardless of age, gender or lifestyle. We help our clients transform their diets and incorporate healthy, nutrient-dense foods into their daily routines. At the same time, we offer knowledge-based training and workshops to help you get started on a plant-based diet.

We’re happy to work with you long-term on your path to a healthier future. But we are also available to answer any questions you may have. You don’t have to book a course or long-term program to do this – we offer straightforward and simple consultation in a 1:1 setting.
