GREEN FALAFEL

Perfect for any salad bowl or as a snack in between! Super easy and delicious

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • ½ onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and form patties.
  • Bake in the oven or in the airfryer (here they become especially crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside) for 30 min at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
