
GREEN FALAFEL
Perfect for any salad bowl or as a snack in between! Super easy and delicious
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- ½ onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and form patties.
- Bake in the oven or in the airfryer (here they become especially crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside) for 30 min at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
