
ICE SANDWICH
The easiest way to create our favorite childhood classic!
Ingredients
- 6 fresh ready to bake buns
- vegan ice cream of choice
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Bake rolls in a waffle iron until lightly browned and let cool.
- Melt dark chocolate and coat one side of the waffle with it.
- Take another waffle and place the ice cream on top and cover with the chocolate side of the waffle to make a sandwich.
- Place in the freezer for one hour and enjoy!
