
PUMPKIN HUMUS
No dish without pumpkin for us. Therefore we created a delicious and healthy pumpkin humus which is a perfect dip and sooooo tasty!
Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas plus can water
- 400 g pumpkin
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and cook until smooth.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixer and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Enjoy with a delicious bread!
