PUMPKIN HUMUS

No dish without pumpkin for us. Therefore we created a delicious and healthy pumpkin humus which is a perfect dip and sooooo tasty!

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g chickpeas plus can water
  • 400 g pumpkin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and cook until smooth.
  • Mix all ingredients in a mixer and garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy with a delicious bread!
