PAPRIKA CHUTNEY

This chutney is full of flavor and can be used as a dip or in your next curry! Easy and quick this is a perfect recipe for sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful nuts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mustard seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bake the paprika at 200 degrees for 30 min until they are brown. Peel the skin.
  • Chop the onion and tomatoes and fry in a hot pan for 5 minutes.
  • Chop the nuts and roast in a pan.
  • Mix all ingredients (except the mustard seeds) with a mixer until smooth.
  • Roast the mustard seeds in a hot pan and toast some bread.
  • Serve the chutney in a bowl and garnish with roasted mustard seeds.
  • Enjoy with a delicious bread!
