SPECULOOS MOUSE AU CHOCOLAT
This is the right combo to get right into some festive mood - 3 INGREDIENTS ONLY!
Ingredients
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 300 g dark chocolate
- speculoos spice to taste, we used 1/2 tbsp
- speculoos cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Whip the cream and fold in the melted dark chocolate.
- Mix with the speculoos spice and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Garnish with some chopped cookies and enjoy!
