BISCOFF CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE

We love to indulge in something sweet on Sunday and this is one of the easiest and most delicious cakes ever!

Ingredients
  

  • 400 ml vegan whipped cream + 2 pack cream stiffener
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g Biscoff cookies
  • 100 g vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream, melt chocolate and fold in.
  • Crush Biscoff cookies in a mixer and mix with melted butter.
  • Pour cookie mixture into a springform pan (18-20 cm) and press down.
  • Pour mousse on top and decorate with melted Biscoff cream and a few Biscoff cookie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
