
BISCOFF CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
We love to indulge in something sweet on Sunday and this is one of the easiest and most delicious cakes ever!
Ingredients
- 400 ml vegan whipped cream + 2 pack cream stiffener
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 250 g Biscoff cookies
- 100 g vegan butter
Instructions
- Whip cream, melt chocolate and fold in.
- Crush Biscoff cookies in a mixer and mix with melted butter.
- Pour cookie mixture into a springform pan (18-20 cm) and press down.
- Pour mousse on top and decorate with melted Biscoff cream and a few Biscoff cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
