
BISCOFF CREAM CAKE
Who is ready for the most delicious cream pie? Not only easy to prepare, but also an absolute explosion of flavor, this recipe will put a smile on any face!
Ingredients
- 1 l plantbased milk
- 500 g biscoff cookies
- 200 g vegan butter
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 4-5 tbsp starch
- 6 tbsp biscoff spread
Instructions
- Mix the milk, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan until there are no lumps and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- As soon as the cream starts to bubble, turn off the heat and stir in the butter until melted. Let cool briefly.
- Dip the cookies in milk and lay them out in a baking dish and pour the milk cream over them.
- Repeat the process up to three layers.
- Set aside a little of the milk cream and let everything cool down.
- Finally, pour melted Biscoff cream on top and decorate with leftover milk cream.
- Chill for at least 3 hours and decorate with crumbled Biscoff cookies before serving.
