
BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP
This simple and quick recipe is perfect for all soup lovers! The soup is creamy and flavorful and fills easily and pleasantly.
Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 bunch parsley
- 250 ml soy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut broccoli into small pieces, put water with vegetable broth in a pot and boil until tender (you can use the whole broccoli, not just the sprouts).
- Once broccoli is soft, drain the water and set aside.
- Puree the broccoli with a blender and add the parsley and soy cream.
- Now gradually add a little water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
