BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP

This simple and quick recipe is perfect for all soup lovers! The soup is creamy and flavorful and fills easily and pleasantly.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 ml soy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut broccoli into small pieces, put water with vegetable broth in a pot and boil until tender (you can use the whole broccoli, not just the sprouts).
  • Once broccoli is soft, drain the water and set aside.
  • Puree the broccoli with a blender and add the parsley and soy cream.
  • Now gradually add a little water until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
