BROCCOLI PIZZA
Who is not in the mood for a light, delicious and colorful pizza in this weather? We have created a super simple version for you and we hope you like it as much as we do!
Ingredients
- 300 g broccoli
- 50 g oat flour
- 100 ml water or vegetable milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
- strained tomatoes
- tomato slices
- onion
- mushrooms
Instructions
- Chop broccoli with a blender and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Roll out into a circle on a baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 min.
- Do not make the base too thin so that it becomes firmer.
- Top with toppings of your choice and bake again for another 20 min.
- Let cool a bit and garnish with creme fraiche and basil. Enjoy!
