BROCCOLI PIZZA

Who is not in the mood for a light, delicious and colorful pizza in this weather? We have created a super simple version for you and we hope you like it as much as we do!

Servings 2 pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 50 g oat flour
  • 100 ml water or vegetable milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • strained tomatoes
  • tomato slices
  • onion
  • mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Chop broccoli with a blender and mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Roll out into a circle on a baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 min.
  • Do not make the base too thin so that it becomes firmer.
  • Top with toppings of your choice and bake again for another 20 min.
  • Let cool a bit and garnish with creme fraiche and basil. Enjoy!
