CHEESY BAKED BEANS ALLA NAPOLI
This dish a full of flavours and absolutely delicious! The perfect high protein dinner when you don’t have much time. So yummy and healthy too!
Ingredients
- 500 g white beans
- 100 g vegan grated cheese
- 2 handful fresh spinach
- 250 g strained tomatoes
- Italian spices to taste
Instructions
- Pour the beans in a baking pan and add spinach, strained tomatoes and season to taste. Mix well.
- Bake at 190 for 20 min.
- Finally add the cheese on top and bake another 10 min. Enjoooy!
