CHEESY BAKED BEANS ALLA NAPOLI

This dish a full of flavours and absolutely delicious! The perfect high protein dinner when you don’t have much time. So yummy and healthy too!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g white beans
  • 100 g vegan grated cheese
  • 2 handful fresh spinach
  • 250 g strained tomatoes
  • Italian spices to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pour the beans in a baking pan and add spinach, strained tomatoes and season to taste. Mix well.
  • Bake at 190 for 20 min.
  • Finally add the cheese on top and bake another 10 min. Enjoooy!
