
CRISPY BAKED ARTICHOKES
As kids we didn’t use to like artichokes but now we can’t get enough of them. That’s why we tried the famous baked potatoes with artichokes and it turns out super delicious! A perfect snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 350 g artichoke hearts
- salt & pepper
- paprika powder
- walnut oil
Dip
- 3 tbsp plant based yogurt
- 1 tbsp tahin
- 1 ½ tsp almond paste
- 1 splash agave syrup & lemon juice
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Dry the artichokes hearts and marinate them with the indicated ingredients.
- Place on a baking sheet and airfry for 15 min at 180 degrees or bake for 30 min at 190 degrees.
- In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the dip and stir well. Enjooooy!
