
CHERRY BISCOFF CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake is definitely our new favorite! It’s easy to make and you can prepare it perfectly in advance.
Ingredients
- 1 kg vegan vanilla skyr
- 2 packs vanilla pudding powder
- 200 g biscoff cookies
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 pack red glace
- 200 ml cherry juice
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Mix the cookies with a blender and add melted butter. Mix well.
- Pour the cookies in the baking pan and flatten.
- In a bowl, mix skyr and pudding powder and pour in the baking pan.
- Bake for 40 min at 190 degrees and let cool down completely.
- Bring juice and glazing powder with sugar to boil while constantly stiring.
- Pour the glaze over the cake and put in the fridge one hour. Enjoy!
