CHERRY BISCOFF CHEESECAKE

This cheesecake is definitely our new favorite! It’s easy to make and you can prepare it perfectly in advance.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg vegan vanilla skyr
  • 2 packs vanilla pudding powder
  • 200 g biscoff cookies
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 pack red glace
  • 200 ml cherry juice
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cookies with a blender and add melted butter. Mix well.
  • Pour the cookies in the baking pan and flatten.
  • In a bowl, mix skyr and pudding powder and pour in the baking pan.
  • Bake for 40 min at 190 degrees and let cool down completely.
  • Bring juice and glazing powder with sugar to boil while constantly stiring.
  • Pour the glaze over the cake and put in the fridge one hour. Enjoy!
