COUSCOUS CHERRY SALAD

Summer is cherry time! With couscous and fresh herbs you can create a delicious dish that will enhance your salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g couscous
  • 200 g cherries
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook couscous according to instructions.
  • Cut cherries in half and chop parsley and mint.
  • Mix olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything together and enjoy!
