
COUSCOUS CHERRY SALAD
Summer is cherry time! With couscous and fresh herbs you can create a delicious dish that will enhance your salad.
Ingredients
- 180 g couscous
- 200 g cherries
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch mint
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook couscous according to instructions.
- Cut cherries in half and chop parsley and mint.
- Mix olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together and enjoy!
