
CREAM CHOCO CAKE
Cream on the outside, chocolate on the inside and berries on top! In search of the perfect birthday cake, you've come to the right place!
Ingredients
For the base (bake the base twice if the cake is to be that high):
- 250 ml plantbased milk
- 300 g flour
- 125 ml oil
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 pack baking powder
- 200 g brown sugar
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa
For the cream:
- 400 ml vegan whipped cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 sip vegan cream
- 2 tbsp jam of choice we used srawberry
- fruits for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all liquid ingredients for the base with sugar & vanillin.
- Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix to a smooth dough.
- Bake the dough in a springform pan at 180 degrees for about 30 min (toothpick test).
- Let cool completely and cut lengthwise into 3 even cake layers.
- Whip the cream and chill briefly.
- Cut chocolate into small pieces and melt with a sip of cream or milk and spread on the bottom cake layer.
- Spread the jam and some of the whipped cream on the middle cake layer and place the last cake layer on top of it.
- Finally, spread the whole cake with the whipped cream and decorate with the fruits. Enjoy!
