
CREAMY TOMATO SOUP
For cozy evenings and when you need to go fast, this recipe is perfect! Sometimes it doesn't take many ingredients to create a delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 1 handful basil
- salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste
- vegan cream for garnish
Instructions
- Chop onions and garlic and fry in a pot until hot.
- Dice tomatoes, add to pot and sauté briefly.
- Add vegetable broth and basil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Puree everything and season with cream, chili, salt & pepper.
