
GF, VEGAN & SUGARFREE PANCAKES
For the perfect treat we created a delicious and healthy pancakes recipe to nourish your body & soul! Thanks to the phosphate free baking soda, these pancakes are also perfect for our little ones. We hope you like it!
Ingredients
- 130 g glutenfree oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 180 ml plant based milk
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda without phosphates
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp nut puree
- date syrup and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Shred the oat flakes until it becomes like flour.
- Mix with all remaining ingredients and fry in a hot pan without oil one tablespoon dough per pancake.
- Garnish with date syrup and strawberries and enjoy!
