VEGAN CHEESY STRUDEL

Here comes the perfect sunday treat. This is an easy and quick recipe for a savory strudel which is so good and tasty that we can’t get enough from it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh vegan puff pastry dough
  • 150 g vegan cream cheese
  • 100 g vegan grated cheese
  • 100 g vegan ham, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese, grated cheese and vegan ham well until smoth.
  • Pour the cheese mix on the dough and spread it.
  • Roll the dough over the shorter side to form a strudel.
  • Brush with some oil and press the ends together.
  • Bake at 190 degrees for 25 min and enjooooy!
