
VEGAN CHEESY STRUDEL
Here comes the perfect sunday treat. This is an easy and quick recipe for a savory strudel which is so good and tasty that we can’t get enough from it!
Ingredients
- 1 fresh vegan puff pastry dough
- 150 g vegan cream cheese
- 100 g vegan grated cheese
- 100 g vegan ham, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- oil for brushing
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, grated cheese and vegan ham well until smoth.
- Pour the cheese mix on the dough and spread it.
- Roll the dough over the shorter side to form a strudel.
- Brush with some oil and press the ends together.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 25 min and enjooooy!
