Healthy ice pops
Do you feel like feasting on ice cream without guilt? Then this recipe is just right for you! Sooo delicious and so easy to make!
Equipment
- 8 cake pop sticks you can also make them without sticks
Ingredients
- 200 g vegan skyr yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond paste
- 50 g ground nuts of your choice
- agave syrup to taste
- chopped nuts
- 100 g dark chocolate melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix skyr, paste, ground nuts & agave syrup and spread circular blobs on baking paper.
- Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Then dip in the chocolate, chill again briefly and enjoy!
