
HIGH PROTEIN LOW CAL NAPOLI BEANS
Or also pasta without pasta! This dish is so simple and full of flavors! It has a high protein content and is as filling as a whole serving of pasta.
Ingredients
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 g white beans
- salt and pepper to taste
- Basil and parsley to taste
Instructions
- Chop garlic finely and fry in a hot pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes and fry on medium heat with the lid closed until the tomatoes burst open.
- Season with salt and pepper and add basil and parsley.
- Finally, add the beans and cook for a few more minutes. Enjoy!
