HIGH PROTEIN LOW CAL NAPOLI BEANS

Or also pasta without pasta! This dish is so simple and full of flavors! It has a high protein content and is as filling as a whole serving of pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g white beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil and parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop garlic finely and fry in a hot pan.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and fry on medium heat with the lid closed until the tomatoes burst open.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add basil and parsley.
  • Finally, add the beans and cook for a few more minutes. Enjoy!
