
KÖTTBULAR SANDWICH
Start your lunch right with the most delicious sandwich we ever did! 😱 This is a combination of the famous Swedish meatball dish and a yummy sandwich 😋 Definitely a must try!
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 200 g brown mushrooms
- 180 g vegan kottbular balls
- 200 ml soy cream
- 1 splash soy sauce
- lettuce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the mushrooms and halve the vegan kottbular balls.
- In a hot pan, fry the mushrooms until soft and deglaze with soy sauce.
- Add the kottbular and cream and let simmer for 5-10 min. Season to taste.
- Cut the baguette in half and pour some sauce on it, then spread some lettuce and finally pour the mushrooms & kottbular on it.
- And of course moooore sauce! Enjoy.
