KÖTTBULAR SANDWICH

Start your lunch right with the most delicious sandwich we ever did! 😱 This is a combination of the famous Swedish meatball dish and a yummy sandwich 😋 Definitely a must try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette
  • 200 g brown mushrooms
  • 180 g vegan kottbular balls
  • 200 ml soy cream
  • 1 splash soy sauce
  • lettuce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the mushrooms and halve the vegan kottbular balls.
  • In a hot pan, fry the mushrooms until soft and deglaze with soy sauce.
  • Add the kottbular and cream and let simmer for 5-10 min. Season to taste.
  • Cut the baguette in half and pour some sauce on it, then spread some lettuce and finally pour the mushrooms & kottbular on it.
  • And of course moooore sauce! Enjoy.
