
MOUSSAKA INSPIRED
Our grandma used to make moussaka very often when we were younger. This one is quick and easy vegan version of this tasty dish.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes (sliced)
- 200 g vegan minced
- 150 g vegan creme fraiche
- 250 ml vegan cooking cream
- vegan grated cheese
- salt, pepper and nutmeg
Instructions
- Bring the cream to a boil and season with salt pepper and a little nutmeg.
- Layer the potatoes with the minced meat and creme fraiche and finally pour over the cream.
- Sprinkle with some grated cheese and bake at 200 degrees convection oven for 40 min. Enjoy!
