MOUSSAKA INSPIRED

Our grandma used to make moussaka very often when we were younger. This one is quick and easy vegan version of this tasty dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg potatoes (sliced)
  • 200 g vegan minced
  • 150 g vegan creme fraiche
  • 250 ml vegan cooking cream
  • vegan grated cheese
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Bring the cream to a boil and season with salt pepper and a little nutmeg.
  • Layer the potatoes with the minced meat and creme fraiche and finally pour over the cream.
  • Sprinkle with some grated cheese and bake at 200 degrees convection oven for 40 min. Enjoy!
