MOUSSE PUFF PASTRY CAKE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh pastry dough
  • 200 ml vegan whipped cream + 1 pack cream stiffener
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • strawberries
  • icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut out two circles from the puff pastry and bake according to instructions.
  • Whip the cream, melt the chocolate and fold it in.
  • Let the baked puff pastry cool (you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes).
  • Spread mousse on one of the circles and place halved strawberries in a circle on top of the mousse.
  • Place the other puff pastry circle as a lid and garnish with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
