
MOUSSE PUFF PASTRY CAKE

Ingredients
- 1 fresh pastry dough
- 200 ml vegan whipped cream + 1 pack cream stiffener
- 150 g dark chocolate
- strawberries
- icing sugar
Instructions
- Cut out two circles from the puff pastry and bake according to instructions.
- Whip the cream, melt the chocolate and fold it in.
- Let the baked puff pastry cool (you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes).
- Spread mousse on one of the circles and place halved strawberries in a circle on top of the mousse.
- Place the other puff pastry circle as a lid and garnish with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
