
ONE POT BAKED VEGGIE GYROS
This easy gyros style one pot is what we could eat every day right now! So yummy and super easy.
Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers
- 700 g potatoes
- vegan gyros we used LikeMeat
- olive oil
- smoked paprika, chiliflakes, thyme, salt, pepper, oregano to taste
For the dip:
- 150 g vegan creme fraiche
- 250 ml vegan cooking cream
- vegan feta
- salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and dill to taste
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables, put them with the gyros in an oven dish and mix them with olive oil and spices.
- Mix the dip and pour it over the vegetable mix.
- Sprinkle with vegan feta and bake at 200 degrees convection for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
