ONE POT BAKED VEGGIE GYROS

This easy gyros style one pot is what we could eat every day right now! So yummy and super easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 700 g potatoes
  • vegan gyros we used LikeMeat
  • olive oil
  • smoked paprika, chiliflakes, thyme, salt, pepper, oregano to taste

For the dip:

  • 150 g vegan creme fraiche
  • 250 ml vegan cooking cream
  • vegan feta
  • salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and dill to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the vegetables, put them with the gyros in an oven dish and mix them with olive oil and spices.
  • Mix the dip and pour it over the vegetable mix.
  • Sprinkle with vegan feta and bake at 200 degrees convection for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
