SPAGHETTI A LA CARBONARA

One of our absolute favorite recipes! Super quick to prepare and just unbeatable delicious. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner and tastes even better than the original.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3-4 slices smoked tofu very thin slices
  • 250 ml soy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti according to instructions.
  • Chop garlic clove and tofu very finely and fry in a pan with hot oil.
  • Deglaze with soy sauce and simmer briefly.
  • Add soy cream and then yeast flakes and stir well until it becomes a creamy sauce.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add spaghetti to the pan and add a little of the pasta water as well.
  • Mix everything well and garnish with vegan parmesan cheese if desired.
