
SPAGHETTI A LA CARBONARA
One of our absolute favorite recipes! Super quick to prepare and just unbeatable delicious. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner and tastes even better than the original.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 3-4 slices smoked tofu very thin slices
- 250 ml soy cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp yeast flakes
- 250 g spaghetti
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to instructions.
- Chop garlic clove and tofu very finely and fry in a pan with hot oil.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and simmer briefly.
- Add soy cream and then yeast flakes and stir well until it becomes a creamy sauce.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add spaghetti to the pan and add a little of the pasta water as well.
- Mix everything well and garnish with vegan parmesan cheese if desired.
