
SPAGHETTI ALLA PUTTANESCA
This dish comes from southern Italy and is known for its spicy tomato sauce. A light and delicious meal for the whole family!
Ingredients
- 100 g capers + filling water
- 1 handful olives
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp vegan tuna optional
- 800 g peeled tomatoes
- 200 g spaghetti
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
- Sauté all remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil briefly.
- Then cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 min.
- Add spaghetti with some pasta water to the pan and serve.
