SPAGHETTI ALLA PUTTANESCA

This dish comes from southern Italy and is known for its spicy tomato sauce. A light and delicious meal for the whole family!

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g capers + filling water
  • 1 handful olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegan tuna optional
  • 800 g peeled tomatoes
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
  • Sauté all remaining ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil briefly.
  • Then cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 min.
  • Add spaghetti with some pasta water to the pan and serve.
