
SPINACH WALNUT GRATIN
A layered slice of heaven and one of our new favorites!
Ingredients
- 1 kg frozen spinach
- 250 ml vegan cream
- 3 tbsp yeast flakes
- 6 big potatoes
- 150 g vegan creme fraiche
- chopped walnuts for garnish
Instructions
- Heat spinach in pot, season with vegetable cream, yeast flakes, salt & pepper and set aside.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices and lay out in a baking dish in a row.
- Top with spinach mixture, spread with creme fraiche and repeat process until all is used.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees convection. Enjoy your meal!
