SPINACH WALNUT GRATIN

A layered slice of heaven and one of our new favorites!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg frozen spinach
  • 250 ml vegan cream
  • 3 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 6 big potatoes
  • 150 g vegan creme fraiche
  • chopped walnuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat spinach in pot, season with vegetable cream, yeast flakes, salt & pepper and set aside.
  • Cut potatoes into thin slices and lay out in a baking dish in a row.
  • Top with spinach mixture, spread with creme fraiche and repeat process until all is used.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees convection. Enjoy your meal!
