VEGAN CREAM CHEESE SPINACH PASTRY

How much do you lovepuff pastry? Us: YES! Sweet or savory, we could eat anything with puff pastry and this spinach version is just too good! And it goes so easy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 vegan fresh puff pastry dough
  • 250 g frozen spinach heat and wring out the water, preferably in a sieve
  • 150 g vegan cream cheese
  • 1 handful chopped pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix spinach, cream cheese and nuts, season to taste and spread on the long side of the puff pastry.
  • Roll up, cut into triangles and brush with oil.
  • If you like you can add sesame seeds and bake for about 20 min at 200 degrees convection oven. Enjoy!
