VEGAN CREAM CHEESE SPINACH PASTRY
How much do you lovepuff pastry? Us: YES! Sweet or savory, we could eat anything with puff pastry and this spinach version is just too good! And it goes so easy!
Ingredients
- 1 vegan fresh puff pastry dough
- 250 g frozen spinach heat and wring out the water, preferably in a sieve
- 150 g vegan cream cheese
- 1 handful chopped pecans
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix spinach, cream cheese and nuts, season to taste and spread on the long side of the puff pastry.
- Roll up, cut into triangles and brush with oil.
- If you like you can add sesame seeds and bake for about 20 min at 200 degrees convection oven. Enjoy!
