
VEGAN MARBLED CHEESE CAKE
Yes that’s right, we mixed two of our favorites! The perfect Sunday cake! And pssssst: It is also LOW CARB!
Ingredients
- 1 kg vegan vanilla skyr yogurt or plain yogurt +vanilla extract + 6tbsp sugar
- 1 packs vanilla pudding powder
- 1 lemon zest
- 100 g melted, dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, pudding powder, lemon zest and pour 3/4 of the mixture into another bowl.
- Fold in melted chocolate and cocoa powder, then layer each of the dark and light yogurt in a small baking dish.
- Bake at 190 degrees convection oven for about 40 min.
- Let cool completely and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
