VEGAN STUFFED TOMATO A LA CAPRESE

Whenever you need a beautiful and creative appetizer or simply a wonderful way to make a vegan cheesy tomato salad, this is perfect for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 beef tomato
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • vegan cream cheese with herbs
  • vegan creme fraiche
  • basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • balsamic vinegar for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Hollow out the tomato and safe the flesh.
  • Mix the flesh with olive oil, basil and seasoning and set aside.
  • Mix the cream cheese and creme fraiche and stuff the tomato with it.
  • Top with the tomato salad and garnish with basil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
