
VEGAN STUFFED TOMATO A LA CAPRESE
Whenever you need a beautiful and creative appetizer or simply a wonderful way to make a vegan cheesy tomato salad, this is perfect for you!
Ingredients
- 1 beef tomato
- 1 tsp olive oil
- vegan cream cheese with herbs
- vegan creme fraiche
- basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- balsamic vinegar for garnish
Instructions
- Hollow out the tomato and safe the flesh.
- Mix the flesh with olive oil, basil and seasoning and set aside.
- Mix the cream cheese and creme fraiche and stuff the tomato with it.
- Top with the tomato salad and garnish with basil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
