VEGGIE BARLEY STEW

We loooove stews! This recipe is so easy and yummy and full of vitamins 😍 Barley surely make the difference! You have to try it.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 carrots
  • 300 g potatoes
  • ½ stick leek
  • 1 handful cauliflower
  • 1 handful celery bulb
  • 100 g barley
  • 1 l water
  • 3 tbsp veggie broth
  • vegan creme fraiche and parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut all veggies into small pieces and mix the veggie broth with the water.
  • Place everything in a pot and let simmer for 30 min.
  • Garnish with 1 tsp creme fraiche and parsley and enjoy!
