
ALSACE POTATO PATTIES
A healthy way to recreate the Alsace tarte flambee! This is a quick and healthy recipe for the whole family! You can make it as a side dish or a snack.
Ingredients
- 750 g potatoes
- 150 g vegan creme fraiche with herbs
- chopped smoked tofu
- 1 chopped red onion
- vegan grated cheese
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and mash them into mashed potatoes.
- Let it cool down (you can put it in the fridge for a couple of minutes).
- Form patties from the mashed potatoes and spread creme fraiche on them.
- Garnish with tofu and onions and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30min and enjoy!
