ALSACE POTATO PATTIES

A healthy way to recreate the Alsace tarte flambee! This is a quick and healthy recipe for the whole family! You can make it as a side dish or a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 150 g vegan creme fraiche with herbs
  • chopped smoked tofu
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • vegan grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes and mash them into mashed potatoes.
  • Let it cool down (you can put it in the fridge for a couple of minutes).
  • Form patties from the mashed potatoes and spread creme fraiche on them.
  • Garnish with tofu and onions and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 30min and enjoy!
