VEGAN CHEESY LEEK SOUP

Fall is coming and we are celebrating it with a cheesy and yummy leek soup. This recipe is easy to make and perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sticks leek
  • 350 g vegan mince
  • 500 ml vegan cream
  • 150 g vegan creme fraiche
  • 1 l veggie stock
  • 3 tbsp yeast flakes
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the leek and fry with the vegan mince in a pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 60 min.
  • Garnish with some vegan cream and serve with a baguette. Enjoy!
