
VEGAN CHEESY LEEK SOUP
Fall is coming and we are celebrating it with a cheesy and yummy leek soup. This recipe is easy to make and perfect for the whole family!
Ingredients
- 4 sticks leek
- 350 g vegan mince
- 500 ml vegan cream
- 150 g vegan creme fraiche
- 1 l veggie stock
- 3 tbsp yeast flakes
- salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Instructions
- Chop the leek and fry with the vegan mince in a pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 60 min.
- Garnish with some vegan cream and serve with a baguette. Enjoy!
