CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS

Simple and irresistible! These chocolate croissants are prepared in no time and are perfect with coffee or for a sweet breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh pastry dough
  • 1 pack vegan chocolate pudding powder + 300 ml plantbased milk
  • 1 tbsp plantbased milk
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Boil pudding with milk according to instructions.
  • Cut puff pastry into triangles.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of pudding on the longer side in the middle.
  • Roll up, brush with agave-milk mixture and bake at 190 degrees convection for 15-20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
