
CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS
Simple and irresistible! These chocolate croissants are prepared in no time and are perfect with coffee or for a sweet breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pastry dough
- 1 pack vegan chocolate pudding powder + 300 ml plantbased milk
- 1 tbsp plantbased milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- icing sugar
Instructions
- Boil pudding with milk according to instructions.
- Cut puff pastry into triangles.
- Put 1 tablespoon of pudding on the longer side in the middle.
- Roll up, brush with agave-milk mixture and bake at 190 degrees convection for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
