FARMER’S BREAKFAST

For all late birds, this recipe is just right! A filling and delicious breakfast is sometimes all you need to start the day well.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g tofu
  • 2 handful fresh spinach
  • 4-5 big potatoes
  • 1 shot soy cream
  • salt, pepper and turmeric to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel potatoes, dice finely and fry in a separate pan.
  • Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces, mix them in a pan and fry over medium heat until everything is well browned.
  • Add the potatoes and deglaze with a splash of soy cream. With this we love a fresh bread.
