FARMER’S BREAKFAST
For all late birds, this recipe is just right! A filling and delicious breakfast is sometimes all you need to start the day well.
Ingredients
- 3 spring onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 200 g tofu
- 2 handful fresh spinach
- 4-5 big potatoes
- 1 shot soy cream
- salt, pepper and turmeric to taste
Instructions
- Peel potatoes, dice finely and fry in a separate pan.
- Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces, mix them in a pan and fry over medium heat until everything is well browned.
- Add the potatoes and deglaze with a splash of soy cream. With this we love a fresh bread.
