CREAMY AUTUMN SOUP

With vegan bacon, creme fraiche and a looooooot of veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 1 celery bulb
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 700 ml veggie broth
  • vegan bacon we use vivera
  • creme fraiche for ganish
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the vegetables and fry them in a pot.
  • Deglaze with vegetable broth and cook until everything is done.
  • Then puree and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • If necessary, add a little water if it is too thick.
  • Serve with vegan bacon and creme fraiche!
