LAYER APPLE PIE

This cake is perfect for Sundays for coffee or just to do something good for yourself! The cake is moist and sure to succeed!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg apples
  • 300 ml plantbased milk
  • 200 ml oil
  • 350 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • icing sugar and almonds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel apples and cut into thin slices.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients well (the dough will be rather liquid).
  • Turn the apple slices in the dough little by little and layer them in a greased or baking paper-lined loaf pan.
  • Pour the remaining batter over the last layer of apples.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for one hour.
  • Decorate with powdered sugar and almonds.
