
LAYER APPLE PIE
This cake is perfect for Sundays for coffee or just to do something good for yourself! The cake is moist and sure to succeed!
Ingredients
- 1 kg apples
- 300 ml plantbased milk
- 200 ml oil
- 350 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pack baking powder
- icing sugar and almonds for garnish
Instructions
- Peel apples and cut into thin slices.
- Mix the remaining ingredients well (the dough will be rather liquid).
- Turn the apple slices in the dough little by little and layer them in a greased or baking paper-lined loaf pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over the last layer of apples.
- Bake at 180 degrees for one hour.
- Decorate with powdered sugar and almonds.
