
PUMPKIN BOREK STYLE
Autumn is pumpkin season is here is an easy and quick recipe for a delicious pumpkin borek.
Ingredients
- 1 filo dough
- 1 small hokkaido pumpkin
- 50 g vegan creme fraiche
- sesame seeds
- oil
- vegan yogurt for dip
Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam in a saucepan until soft.
- Mash the pumpkin.
- Layer two sheets of dough, they the mashed pumpkin, a little crème fraîche and two sheets of dough again.
- Repeat it four times.
- On the top layer dough, sprinkle walnut oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30 min at 180 degrees.
- Enjoy with yogurt!
