ROCHER INSPIRED CHOCOLATE BALLS

Rocher is still one of our favorite candies, so we tried to create a vegan version. It turned out soooo good!

Ingredients
  

For the base:

  • 200 g vegan butter cookies
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g vegan chocolate pudding
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate spread

For the glaze:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 handful chopped hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • Crush the butter cookies and mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Form balls and put in the refrigerator.
  • Melt chocolate and fold in chopped hazelnuts.
  • Roll the balls in it and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
