SPAGHETTI CACIO E PEPE

Probably the easiest and fastest, but most delicious pasta dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 40 g vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp yeast flakes
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • pasta water for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to directions.
  • In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, yeast flakes and pepper.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of the boiling pasta water and stir until a creamy sauce forms.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and fold in well. Serve.
