
SPAGHETTI CACIO E PEPE
Probably the easiest and fastest, but most delicious pasta dish!
Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 40 g vegan parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp yeast flakes
- ½ tsp pepper
- pasta water for desired consistency
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, yeast flakes and pepper.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of the boiling pasta water and stir until a creamy sauce forms.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and fold in well. Serve.
