
TRUFFLE PASTA
Also called fettucine ai funghi e tartufi, this dish is addressed to all lovers of truffles! A spicy and aromatic sauce with mushrooms that flatters the pasta. This recipe meets all your desires.
Ingredients
- 200 g fettucine
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp vegan creme fraiche
- salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- black truffle for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta as indicated.
- Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut lengthwise.
- In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Add creme fraiche and simmer over medium heat. Add a little pasta water to the pan if necessary to make it creamier.
- Add the finished pasta to the pan and mix.
- Garnish with sliced truffle and enjoy.
