
SPINACH TOFU QUICHE
This beautiful quiche is packed with few but very good ingredients and tastes heavenly. You can enjoy it hot or cold, so it’s very easy to prepare. Be sure to try it out!
Ingredients
- 1 vegan round quiche dough
- 900 g spinach
- 1 stick leek
- 3 tbsp corn starch (with some water)
- 200 g tofu
- sesame seeds for garnish
- vegan creme fraiche
Instructions
- Roll out the dough into a round baking dish.
- Chop leeks into small pieces and sauté.
- Bring spinach to a boil and add to leeks.
- Crumble tofu into small pieces and fold in. Let everything simmer briefly.
- Spread the mixture on the dough and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Serve with creme fraiche if desired and enjoy!
