SPRING SUSHI

Light, healthy and super quick snack idea! You can change the toppings as you like, depending on your taste. A great idea to share with the whole family.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber
  • vegan cream cheese with herbs
  • carrot lax see our recipe Brunch Burrito
  • 1 avocado
  • sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cucumber into approx. 10 thin slices (best with a peeler).
  • Place the cucumber slices slightly overlapping on a baking paper next to each other.
  • Spread with the cream cheese and top with remaining ingredients.
  • At one end of the long side, carefully roll up the cucumber slices.
  • Use toothpicks to secure the sides of the roll and cut into 5 pieces. Serve cold.
