
SPRING SUSHI
Light, healthy and super quick snack idea! You can change the toppings as you like, depending on your taste. A great idea to share with the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- vegan cream cheese with herbs

- 1 avocado
- sprouts
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber into approx. 10 thin slices (best with a peeler).
- Place the cucumber slices slightly overlapping on a baking paper next to each other.
- Spread with the cream cheese and top with remaining ingredients.
- At one end of the long side, carefully roll up the cucumber slices.
- Use toothpicks to secure the sides of the roll and cut into 5 pieces. Serve cold.
