
WILDBERRY CHEESECAKE QUICHE
So simple & delicious! For the dough we have taken the round Tante Fanny quiche dough. It's vegan and tastes so good! (Not sponsored, bought myself)
Ingredients
- 1 vegan, round quiche dough
For the filling:
- 1 kg vegan skyr yogurt
- 150 g sugar
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
- 125 g vegan butter melted
For the topping:
- 200 g frozen berries
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp starch
- 1 splash agave syrup
Instructions
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients together and stir until smooth.
- Pour the dough into the baking pan and press up the edges.
- Pour the filling into the mold and smooth it out.
- Bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 60 minutes and then let cool slightly.
- Mix the water with the cornflour and bring to the boil with the berries.
- When slightly cooled, pour over the cake and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
