STUFFED NO MEAT BALLS
This is actually our „test“ recipe but it turned out sooo delicious, we won’t change a thing! You really have to try these bad boys.
Ingredients
- 500 g vegan minced
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g artichokes
- 50 g olives
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 kg strained tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegan grated cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the artichokes, olives and spinach with a mixer until smooth.
- Mix vegan minced with breadcrumbs & seasoning.
- Form balls and fill with the artichokes mixture.
- Fry the balls, pour the strained tomatoes and season with spices.
- Then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with a little cheese and let stand briefly and enjoy.
