SUGARFREE & GF VEGAN PROTEIN „KAISERSCHMARRN“
This is the ultimate healthy and yummy version of the famous Austrian pancakes. Itis soooo fluffy and completely without sugar! You can garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy for breakfast or as dessert.
Ingredients
- 100 g glutenfree flour
- 250 g sugarfree vegan plain skyr yogurt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- date syrup & chopped hazelnuts as topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and stir well until you have a smooth dough.
- Place it in a hot pan and bake on both sides until crispy brown.
- Chop the pancake and garnish with date syrup and nuts. Enjoy!
